rhythmic montage
This is a rhythmic montage I created as an ode to the Breaking Bad saga. TW: Some blood and violence.
My main goals with this montage were to create a smooth, rhythmic video featuring match cuts and seamless transitions and to also portray the divide between quirkiness and seriousness in the saga.
I edited the entire video and selected clips and audio I thought would help me execute my goal.

WVMSFF SWEDED PROMO
This is apart of a series of call-for-submissions promos I produced for an independent film festival.
This promotional video was intended to reach a student audience and encourage them to create and submit short films, using the idea of DIY “Sweded” films.
I produced the series and directed and edited this video specifically.

RAIN MONTAGE
This video is a tonal montage that is meant to capture the feel of a few very rainy days at home.
For this project, I wanted to get the most out of that stay-at-home, cozy feeling we sometimes get when the rain never stops pouring. I tried to take slow and fluid shots to really capture the idea.
I shot this on my Sony a7R III and edited the video myself.

Baseball cards
This is an animation that mimics the exciting movement of baseball players through experimental stop motion.
This was an experimental take on a stop-motion project I did for a college course. I wanted to create patterns in my arrangement of photos where the images look like they are moving within the cards, but I also wanted to create some sharp contrasts in the images as well.
I created a makeshift overhead rig, lit the subject space, photographed every card shown, and edited the final video.
